In May of 2022 the collaboration between Ali and the dengbêj Saîdê Goyî, especialized in the tradition from Botan, was published. This EP of 4 pieces had the name of Stranên Dilê Min (songs of my heart, in Kurdish) (available to listen here). In March of 2023 the Goyî family called Ali again for a new collaboration. The appreciation and reliance between them is obvious and you can feel it in the result of the music.
The new album, which will include traditional klams from the Botan region and klams belonging to Saîdê Goyî, consists of 6 pieces. It has been was directed and arranged by Ali Doğan Gönültaş and they also sang a joint song. The album also features Ali Tekbaş and Bewar Tekbaş on vocals, Selami Gördeli on mey and zurna, Can Yazçiçeği on drums and Cengiz Yılmaz on cello.
